Bidding
We have over 100 dedicated service partners that are pre-qualified to meet our standards and certified in the application methods of our product manufacturers. We will obtain 2 to 3 bids from partners that are closest in proximity to your job site(s). Bids will be based on the specifications and scope of the project.
Contractor Selection
Once the bids are in, we will analyze the bids on an apples-to-apples comparison method. We’ll also negotiate on your behalf taking all factors into consideration including proximity to job, cost-effective pricing, grouping of jobs, and specialization. This ensures you are getting the best contractor for the job, every time.
